With the way the grapes harvested in 2020, and with the maturity so far----our wine maker “Kobie” has used 55% Merlot---42% Cab/Sav and finished off the blend with 3% Malbec, this is a DELICIOUS wine, soft and mellow, and very, very easy to drink, with or without food.
