A classic Sauvignon Blanc harvested from the Simonsberg Mountains in Stellenbosch. The grapes were hand-picked and chilled overnight to retain the utmost freshness and acidity.
 
The wine was left to ferment slowly - spending 6-8 months on the lees. Green fig notes explode on the nose with hints of pineapple and tropical fruits on the palate.
 
Voluminious yet refreshing with subtle minerality. A bright and lively Sauvignon Blanc with a reflective pale, green tinge in the glass.
