From the Carcassonne region in South-West France, this is an elegant, limited edition, clean, crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry on the nose, green on the minuscus, which is an indication of youth, and very easy to drink.
 
The vineyards of Les Salices are situated to the north east of Carcassonne in the foothills of the Black Mountain, South East of France. Our “Limited Edition”, Les Salices Sauvigon/Blanc is exposed to meticulous vineyard management, and even, which is rare, partial oak aging, which is rare for a Sauvignon Blanc. These methods produce highly concentrated flavours, elegant fresh grassy aromas, typical of first-class French Sauvignon Blanc.
